CEENet regularly presents its activities on international events related to Central and Eastern European networking. Such presentations are usually related to the main topic of the event, but in its first few slides tries to introduce the Association to the audience. Depending on the topic and time allocated for the presentation it may describe the state of the Association (current membership, geographical scope, terms of participation, human potential, alumni&trainers network) and give basic facts about its activities (workshops, traininings, studies, consultation services, project definition, donor search and coordination, consortium building, application writing, project management services, etc.).

Presentations, which usually follow the graphical design of either the related project or event, bear the logo of CEENet and contact data of CEENet's presenter. Having such presentation is required from CEENet-funded participants.
