speed
Establishment of POP in Ashgabat phone switch. Equipment located
at this
node supplied by the NIG project includes Cisco routers 2511, USR
MP, and
top level .tm domain secondary DNS server and other servers.
Phone switch POP was connected to US via satellite (MCI) which
greatly
improved the external connectivity.
In 1999 was establishment Cisco routers 4500, new modems
equipment (USR MP)
and we has new Web sites. This is joint Projects of STC
Turkmentelecom,
Sibling&Techologies company.
